What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data processed through axiomlook.com, app.axiomlook.com, api.axiomlook.com, account, billing, upload, wardrobe, analysis, recommendation, support, analytics, and Pro or stylist workflows where enabled.
Main processing
We process account and login data, style profile and preference data, outfit photos, wardrobe images, analysis results, scores, garment observations, recommendations, saved history, subscription status, support messages, legal records, security logs, and product analytics.
Per-comment feedback and voting data, including “Was this right?” reactions and reason categories, may be processed to improve rule quality and audit recommendation accuracy.
Uploads and AI-supported processing
Uploaded images and derived analysis data may be sent to Google Gemini / Google AI or another disclosed AI-service provider to perform analysis-related processing. AxiomLook does not use the service to assess personal worth, attractiveness, health, employment suitability, social status, or protected characteristics.
Your rights and deletion
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. You can delete your account in the app or use the Account and Data Deletion if you cannot access the app.
