What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data processed through axiomlook.com, app.axiomlook.com, api.axiomlook.com, account, billing, upload, wardrobe, analysis, recommendation, support, analytics, and Pro or stylist workflows where enabled.
Main processing
We process account and login data, style profile and preference data, outfit photos, wardrobe images, analysis results, scores, garment observations, recommendations, saved history, subscription status, support messages, legal records, security logs, and product analytics.
Per-comment feedback and voting data, including “Was this right?” reactions and reason categories, may be processed to improve rule quality and audit recommendation accuracy.
Uploads and AI-supported processing
Uploaded images and derived analysis data may be sent to Google Gemini / Google AI or another disclosed AI-service provider to perform analysis-related processing. AxiomLook does not use the service to assess personal worth, attractiveness, health, employment suitability, social status, or protected characteristics.
Outfit style checks
When you analyse an outfit, the AI service may also answer a fixed list of style checks about the photo: whether the person is holding an object that is not clothing, whether pieces look like sleepwear or visible underwear, and whether the styling reads as a costume or stage look. These checks judge clothing and styling only. They never assess your body, skin, age, disability or facial features, and make-up or hair alone never counts as a costume. Cultural, religious and traditional dress is never treated as a costume; like any clothing, it is only compared with the occasion you choose. We store only the result of each check (a short code and a confidence level), never a free-text description of you, and we do not infer ethnicity, religion, health, sexual orientation or gender identity. You can dismiss any check you think is wrong, and a dismissed check does not affect your score.
Your rights and deletion
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. You can delete your account in the app or use the Account and Data Deletion if you cannot access the app.
