Account and Data Deletion
Delete in the app
Open app.axiomlook.com, sign in, open Profile, scroll to Delete account, and confirm. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email support@axiomlook.com with the email used for your AxiomLook account and the request “I want to delete my AxiomLook account and all associated data”. Verified requests are processed within 30 days.
What is deleted
Account details, style profile, preferences, outfit photos, analysis history, scores, wardrobe items, garment images, active subscription, and session data are removed.
What may be retained
Financial transaction records may be retained for accounting and tax duties. Aggregated anonymised analytics may be retained without a link to individual users.
